BlindFab Managed Mail Migration lets a Google Workspace administrator move selected employee mailboxes, aliases, Groups, labels, drafts, messages, and attachments into BlindFab Managed Mail. The guided workflow runs inside BlindFab except for Google’s administrator authorization and the final DNS record changes.
Complete, auditable import
Resumable jobs retain raw message evidence and attachment bytes while recording progress, exceptions, and source coverage per mailbox.
Limited migration access
BlindFab does not use this integration to access Google Drive, Docs, Calendar, or Meet, and it does not cancel the organization’s Google subscription.

Your current mail service and BlindFab Managed Mail are reconciled during propagation so accepted mail is not silently discarded and the administrator keeps a guided rollback window.
Authorize the organization
A Google Workspace administrator installs the unlisted, admin-only BlindFab integration and authorizes the organization.
Review the migration map
BlindFab discovers users, aliases, Groups, nested members, and address conflicts before any managed mailbox is created.
Import and reconcile
Selected Gmail history, labels, drafts, raw messages, and attachment bytes are imported through resumable, audited jobs.
Cut over the domain
BlindFab verifies migration coverage, security, sending, and DNS readiness before guiding the administrator through the final MX change.
What Google data is used
The migration integration requests only the organization directory, Gmail, and identity access required to discover, map, import, and reconcile administrator- selected mailboxes.
Google Workspace users, aliases, Groups, and memberships needed to build the administrator-approved mailbox map.
Selected Gmail mailboxes and basic Gmail settings needed to preserve messages, folders, labels, drafts, aliases, and signatures.
The administrator’s Google identity so BlindFab can bind the authorization to the correct organization and audit the migration.
