How to get help with BlindFab and the BlindFab iOS app: contacting support, signing in, workspace access and permissions, and requesting account deletion.

How to reach us
Support for BlindFab — including the BlindFab iOS app — is handled by email at info@blindfab.ca. Write to us from the email address associated with your BlindFab account so we can identify your workspace.
We answer support email during Canadian business hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow up to two business days for a first response.
What to include in a support request
- Your name, your company, and the workspace the issue happened in.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Where it happened: the iOS app, the web app, or both, and roughly when.
- For the iOS app, your device model and iOS version, so we can reproduce it on the same hardware.
- A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is something you can see.
Signing in to the BlindFab iOS app
BlindFab is business software for custom window covering companies, and the iOS app is a companion to a company's existing BlindFab workspace. It is not a standalone product and there is no public sign-up: you sign in with an account that a workspace administrator has already created for you.
If you do not have an account yet, ask an administrator at your company to invite you. If your company does not use BlindFab yet, request a demo from the BlindFab home page.
If you cannot sign in, use the password reset link on the sign-in screen first. If your company uses Google Workspace sign-in, sign in with the Google account issued by your employer rather than a personal one.
Accounts, access, and permissions
Your access to modules and records is set by your workspace administrator through roles and permissions, so a screen you cannot see or an action you cannot take is usually an access decision rather than a fault. Your administrator can change it.
Administrators can also remove a member's access at any time from the workspace's own access settings.
Deleting your account
You can delete your BlindFab account yourself, from inside the app. Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. This works the same way in the iOS app and on the web.
Deleting your account removes your sign-in identity and your membership of every workspace you belong to. Any workspace where you are the only owner is closed at the same time. It cannot be undone, so transfer ownership first if a workspace should outlive your account.
Because BlindFab is a system of record, the business records created in a workspace — orders, inventory movements, financial entries, and audit history — belong to that company and are retained after an individual account is removed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in and need your account removed, write to us at info@blindfab.ca from the address on the account.
